赵健,教授、博士:1984年华东化工学院生物化学专业本科毕业;1987-1990年师从中国科学院上海生物化学研究所孙册研究员,完成硕士论文研究;2004-2009 必赢电子游戏官网药学院博士;长期从事生物制药与酶工程研究。

主要主持科研项目: 国家自然科学基金:靶向药物研究;国家十一五支撑计划项目:苦瓜降血糖活性研究;国家“863”项目子课题-生物催化合成芳香手性醇基内酰胺研究以及果蔬洗涤用有机磷水解酶研制;浙江省重大新药创制及合作研发项目等;

主要承担分子生物学,酶学等本科生,研究生课程教学,主编或参编研究生及本科生酶学以及酶工程教材10余部,获研究生、本科生教学成果奖10余次,发表论文50余篇, 申请专利10余项。


科研方向:

1. 靶向抗肿瘤药物的研究与开发

针对不同肿瘤细胞靶标的新型抗肿瘤药物的设计及开发,包括天然药物及基因工程药物。

2. 靶向药物递送载体及其运输途径分子机理研究

  外源性生物活性分子递送工具设计,药物的体内靶向及高效运输机制研究。

3. 酶工程:酶的改造、酶的结构与功能,工业化应用研究

从多种微生物中筛选各种新型药用酶,针对酶的结构改造的应用研究。
